I see you through my window, out there, in the sunny day. Taking a break from the day, reflecting, gaining perspective. Coming back with renewed calm and strength.
If only it was not so unhealthy and disgusting, it´d be the perfect way of forcing oneself to do something as beneficial as taking regular short breaks. Yes, you can also do it without the excuse of smoking. But you don´t. You simply do not remember or feel guilty about it.
Can anyone please come up with something that forces you to regularly leave your desk? In fact, now that iPhones sport this fancy M8 processor that tracks your movement, why don´t they implement a smokers mode that turns the phone off after, say, 2 hours, and only turns it on when you've walked for a couple of minutes?
